If you are not an employee of a presently registered JCM customer, please contact your local distributor for your firmware/software needs. You can download firmware using the JCM Tool Suite and a USB connection. By connecting the BlueWaveDX™ tool to the bill validator or printer via USB, the device allows the user to view the current firmware version, select a new firmware version if available, and update the bill validator or printer through high-speed data transfer. Software tools can be downloaded from the JCM Global Exchange Site.
